The Veramynd Method
Evidence to cite from. Not prompts to generate from.
Five steps from your content to a finished deliverable. Every claim traces back to a verifiable source. Every output reviewed by humans before delivery.

The principle
Documents as evidence. Not as prompts.
Generic AI tools don't actually read your documents. They skim for keywords, hallucinate the rest, and grow lazier as inputs get longer. Claims drift from your source material. Citations get fabricated. When a reviewer asks "where is this in your materials," the answer is often nowhere.
The Veramynd Method works the other way. Your curriculum is the source we cite from, not a prompt we generate from. Every claim in every deliverable traces back to a specific document, page, or paragraph in your content. Faster than human review alone. More defensible than AI alone. Verified by humans before delivery.
The five steps
From your content to a finished deliverable.
Every Veramynd engagement runs through the same five-step process. The work inside each step changes depending on the product, but the structure stays the same.
Ingest
We start with your content.
Your curriculum materials, your rubric or standards framework, and any contextual documentation about how your team operates. Nothing is summarized or paraphrased at this stage. The work is in preserving fidelity to your source material so later steps have something solid to cite from.
Structure
Organized for precise retrieval.
Your content gets mapped against the hierarchy of the framework you're working with. Curriculum units, lessons, and components on one side. Domains, indicators, and sub-criteria on the other. This shared structure is what makes every later step accurate. Retrieval that skips this step produces hallucinations.
Compose
Evidence retrieved, not invented.
For each standard, indicator, or response section, the system retrieves the specific passages in your content that constitute evidence. Every claim that ends up in the deliverable is tied to one or more retrieval results. Composition assembles these into the format your team needs. It never adds claims that aren't sourced.
Verify
Human experts confirm the work.
This is the step generic AI tools skip. Before any deliverable ships, human SME reviewers verify that the retrieved evidence actually supports the claim, that alignment judgments hold up under scrutiny, and that the framing matches how your team defines the work. Defensibility is built in here.
Deliver
Built for review.
The final deliverable is structured for the team that will use it. Whether it's a rubric submission, an alignment workbook, or a coverage report, the format matches the purpose. Citations are visible. Every claim can be traced back to its source in your content.
Two products, one method
The same five steps. Different deliverables.
The Method is universal. The work inside each step looks different depending on whether the goal is standards alignment or rubric response.
For Align
Standards alignment work
For Respond
Rubric and RFP response work
Positioning
What the Method is not.
Three things visitors often assume about Veramynd that aren't accurate. The Method is built deliberately around what these other approaches miss.
It is not
Generic AI
AI tools generate plausible-sounding text that often invents claims. The Method retrieves from your actual content and verifies every claim with humans before shipping. Hallucination is engineered out, not hoped against.
It is not
Traditional consulting
Consultants are slow and expensive at scale. The Method uses AI for retrieval and structural work, freeing human experts to focus on judgment and verification. Faster than humans alone, more accurate than AI alone.
It is not
A tool you operate
Other vendors hand you software and walk away. We deliver finished work. You don't need to train staff on a new tool, manage prompts, or QA AI output. That work is ours.
