Your content stays yours.

We understand your lesson materials, curriculum assets, assessments, and internal instructional resources are proprietary intellectual property. Our systems and processes are designed to keep that content private and prevent unauthorized exposure.

Your content is not made public

Materials shared with us are not published, indexed, or exposed to the public internet through our workflow. They are stored in private systems with authenticated access only. Your files are not posted to public websites, searchable databases, or open repositories.

AI processing with privacy controls

When AI tools are used, we prioritize vendors and configurations that support Zero Data Retention (ZDR) or similar privacy protections whenever available. This means content submitted for processing is not retained for public model training and is not added to publicly accessible datasets through our approved workflow.

We do not intentionally submit client materials into open consumer tools that reuse prompts for broad model improvement when privacy-controlled options are available.

Secure storage infrastructure

Client materials used for embeddings, retrieval, and structured workflows are stored in Supabase. Supabase supports modern cloud security controls including:

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest
• Authenticated access controls
• Role-based permissions
• Private database and storage environments
• Managed backups and infrastructure monitoring

Restricted internal access

Only authorized team members directly involved in your project can access materials needed to complete the work. We follow least-necessary-access principles and do not circulate client content internally beyond project needs.

No public reuse of your materials

Your curriculum content is not resold, repackaged, shared with other clients, or reused in public examples without explicit written permission.

Ownership stays with you

All lesson materials and documents you provide remain your property. Our rights are limited solely to performing the contracted services you request.

Data removal

At project completion or upon request, client files can be removed from active systems according to agreed retention terms.

We are happy to sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements upon request. If your procurement or legal team needs specific language, documentation, or a review call with our team, we'll meet you where you are.
